SB 1171, PN 1779 (Brooks) – Amends Titles 3 (Agriculture) and 27 (Environmental Resources) of the PA Consolidated Statutes in nutrient management and odor management and defines memberships and duties. Senator Brooks offered amendment A07670 which increased appointed members to the advisory board from 5 to 6 and mandates the members be appointed geographically from across the state. SB 1172, PN 1820 (Vulakovich) – The legislation amends Act 133 of 2006 and the Price Gouging Statute which takes effect upon the issuance of emergency declarations by the Governor or municipal officials pursuant to Title 35 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

HB 1918, PN 2709 (Phillips-Hill) – Amends Title 18 (Crimes Code) to establish the crime of Possession and use of unlawful devices. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1095, PN 1877 (McGarrigle) – This bill would allow high school students to become eligible for graduation if it is dependent upon proficiency on the Keystone Exams. Senator McGarrigle offered amendment A07790 which provides for the preparation of an annual report regarding the presentation of evidence for graduation to be presented to the Governor and legislative leaders.
