SB 354 PN 1426 (Tomlinson):  The bill amends Act 48 of 1993 (a law dealing with powers and duties of the General Counsel of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs) to require self-reporting.  The Senate concurred the House amendments, 49-0.

SB 894 PN 1372 (White): An Act designating a portion of State Route 2005 in Saxonburg Borough, Butler County, as the “Chief Gregory B. Adams Way,” and also makes several other road and bridge designations.  The Senate concurred the House amendments, 49-0.

SB 21 PN 1323 (Mensch): This bill creates the Employment First Act to support the employment of people with disabilities across the Commonwealth. The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.

HB 631 PN 2992 (Marsico): This bill amends Title 42 (Judicial Code) regarding mandatory period of probation for certain sex offenses. It also amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses), Title 23 (Domestic Relations), and Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to provide for registration for sexual offenses. The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.

SR 226 PN 1275 (Yudichak): Directs the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee (LB&FC) to conduct a comprehensive performance review of certain permitting programs under the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and to provide a report to the Senate within one year. The resolution was adopted.

SR 253 PN 1419 (Folmer): This resolution urges Congress to protect the constitutional gun rights of medical cannabis users. The resolution was adopted, 49-0.
