HB 1139 PN 2802 (Topper): This bill amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 23 (Domestic Relations), related to the existing Newborn Protection Act. The bill was approved by a vote of 50-0.

HB 1234 PN 1461 (Fabrizio): This legislation amends the Act 48 of 1979 known as the Health Care Facilities Act by updating the definition of an Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (ASF).  The bill was approved by a vote of 50-0.
