SB 542 PN 1263 (Browne): This bill amends the Pharmacy Act (No. 699 of 1961) to allow for emergency prescription refills up to a thirty-day supply. The bill was approved by a vote of 50-0.

SB 222 PN 1264 (Greenleaf): This bill amends the Judicial Code to increase the number of judges of the Court of Common Pleas and provides for senior judge operational support grants.  The Senate concurred the House amendments 49-1.

SB 242 PN 1227 (Baker):  This bill amends The Underground Utility Line Protection Law by transferring oversight of the One Call Law from the Department of Labor & Industry to the Public Utility Commission (PUC). The Senate concurred the House amendments 50-0.

SB 260 PN 1220 (Ward):  This bill amends the Crime Victims Act to add members to the Victim Services’ Advisory Committee and make technical changes.  The Senate concurred the House amendments 50-0.

HB 785 PN 2623 (Saylor):  This bill amends the Capital Facilities Debt Enabling Act by changing: the debt structure and issuance procedures; debt and project release limits; public disclosure for redevelopment assistance projects; and provides for implementation of the 2017-18 capital budget.  Senator Corman motioned to consider House Bill 785 notwithstanding the provisions of Senate Rule 12, the motion was agreed to by voice vote.  The Senate concurred the House amendments 50-0.

HB 674 PN 2624 (Bernstine):  This bill amends the Fiscal Code to provide for budget implementation language for the 2017-18 fiscal year.  Senator Corman motioned to consider House Bill 674 notwithstanding the provisions of Senate Rule 12, the motion was agreed to by voice vote.  The Senate concurred the House amendments 41-9.
