SB 751, PN 1086 (Greenleaf) – This bill amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) to prohibit the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 931, PN 1143 (Rafferty) – SB 931 amends Title 26 (Eminent Domain) to increase the cap on certain moving related expenses for those who have been displaced via eminent domain.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 411, PN 1154 (Pileggi) – This bill amends the Right-to-Know Law by making clarifications to the Law, further providing for access to records, limiting certain requests, expanding exceptions to the Law, making adjustments to the appeals process, and allowing for additional fees for commercial requests.  The bill also significantly increases access to the records of the Commonwealth’s state-related universities.  Senator Pileggi offered amendment A03552, which makes a number of technical and substantive changes to sections dealing with access to records, exceptions to records, response to requests, appeals of determinations, judicial review, and definitions contained within the bill.  The amended was adopted following a 49-0 vote.  Senator Brooks offered amendment A03663, which would exempt the home addresses of public employees under the Law.  The amendment was approved, 26-23.  The bill went over in its order as amended.
