HB 89, PN 79 (Harper) – Amends the Judicial Code to provide for an increase in the mandatory retirement age for judges and magisterial district judges, from 70 to 75 years, in the event that a corresponding amendment is made to the PA Constitution. A vote of 36-13 was recorded.
HB 90, PN 251 (Harper) – Proposes a Constitutional Amendment providing for compensation and retirement of justices, judges, and justices of the peace. A vote of 36-13 was recorded.
SB 482, PN 748 (Brewster) – This legislation would amend the Real Estate Tax Sale Law by establishing an optional County Demolition and Rehabilitation Fund in certain counties as a tool to fight blight. Senator Gordner offered amendment A03734 on behalf of Senator Browne, which was technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.

SB 735, PN 1368 (Vogel) – Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) to allow mobile retail food facilities to operate in multiple food safety jurisdictions without having to pay multiple fees in each county it operates. Senator Vogel offered amendment A04108 which was technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and the Senate agreed to the bill as amended.
HB 838, PN 1006 (Santora) – HB 838 renames the Garret Road Bridge in Upper Darby Township, Delaware County, as the Nicholas A. Micozzie Bridge. Senator Gordner offered amendment A03919 which designates additional roadways and a building. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over in its order as amended.
