HB 224, PN 426 (Simmons) – This bill would apply the good Samaritan civil immunities under Title 42 Pa.C.S to school bus drivers and school crossing guards who administers an EpiPen to a student.  A vote of 47-0 was recorded.

SB 354, PN 710 (Tomlinson) – Senate Bill 354 amends Act 48 of 1993 by requiring individuals with licenses, certificates or registrations issued under the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs within the Department of State to report an arrest, indictment or conviction to the appropriate licensing board or commission.  A vote of 47-0 was recorded.
