Omnibus amendments include the consolidation of the Charitable Instruments Act of 1971 into the Probate Code. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.
SR 267, PN 1615 (Schwank) – This resolution directs the Joint State Government Commission to establish an advisory committee to study issues relating to the need, availability and access to effective drug addiction treatment within the Commonwealth. The Senate adopted the resolution via voice vote.
