SB 385, PN 738 (Pileggi) – SB 385 reforms and modernizes the Transit Revitalization Investment District (TRID) Act and provides for an additional funding mechanism under the act. A vote of 47-0 was recorded.
SB 427, PN 368 (Greenleaf) – The bill amends the Precious Metal Sale Regulation Law by changing the amount of time that a precious metal is to be retained from five days to ten days after the purchase report was filed with the District Attorney and further provides for its availability for inspection by law enforcement. A vote of 47-0 was recorded.
SB 562, PN 731 (Gordner) – The bill amends the Regulatory Review Act, providing additional legislative oversight of the regulatory review process. A vote of 47-0 was recorded.
SB 330, PN 750 (Ward) – This legislation amends Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) by granting municipalities the ability to address dilapidated properties sooner than they currently can by lowering the number of code violations that would trigger when a criminal offense can be charged. Senator Ward offered amendment A00674, which was purely technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to by the Senate. The bill went over in its order.
