An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general principles of justification, further providing for definitions, for use of force in self-protection, for use of force for the protection of other persons, for grading of theft offenses and for licenses to carry firearms; and providing for civil immunity for use of force. Senator Alloway offered amendment A00910 which added some terms to the exceptions for the duty to retreat and other amendments. The Senate approved this amendment. SB 369 PN 392 (D. White): An Act amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in scenic highways, providing for the designation of a portion of U.S. 219, S.R. 969, S.R. 879, S.R. 153, S.R. 453, S.R. 1001, Bilger’s Rocks Road and the Greenville Pike in Clearfield County as scenic byways. The Senate approved this bill.
