SB 405, PN 1554 (Vance) – This bill amends the Generic Equivalent Drug Law to provide for the substitution of an interchangeable biosimilar product for a brand name biologic. A vote of 44-6 was recorded.
HB 1144, PN 1402 (Haluska) – This bill amends Title 34 (Game) amends the definition of “bow” to include crossbows and removes language to deem them allowable implements with which to hunt big game in Pennsylvania permanently. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
HB 1574, PN 2502 (Killion) – Amends the Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1980 to ensure applicability to a health maintenance organization which is organized as a limited liability company. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
