Pa. Senate passes redistricting reform bill with last-minute amendment

HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Senate passed a redistricting reform bill Wednesday that had been dramatically changed the day before, drawing fire from anti-gerrymandering advocates who had turned against legislation they helped craft.
