PHILADELPHIA, PA July 22, 2026 − Today State Senator Nikil Saval (D–Philadelphia) announced $28,652,644 in grants for capital projects to organizations and institutions throughout Pennsylvania’s First Senatorial District, which runs through the heart of Philadelphia. These grants are awarded through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), a Commonwealth grant program administered by the state’s Office of the Budget.
