Collett’s Paid Leave Bill Advances Through Senate Committee
Harrisburg, Pa. — Today, Senator Maria Collett’s (D-12 Montgomery, Caucus Chair) Family Care Act, SB 906 passed the Senate Labor & Industry Committee in a 9-2 vote. The bipartisan legislation, introduced with Senator Devlin Robinson (R-37), would establish a statewide paid family and medical leave program.
