Senior Expo - April 9, 2026

CHESTER, PA – March 31, 2026 – State Senator John I. Kane and State Representative Carol Kazeem are pleased to announce their upcoming Senior Expo on Thursday, April 9th, 2026. The event will be held at the Furey Road Fieldhouse, located at 8500 Furey Rd, Upper Chichester, PA, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Admission to the expo is free for all seniors. Light lunches and snacks will be provided, and attendees can participate in various giveaways.

“This is one of my favorite events we host each year because it’s all about giving back to the people who have given so much to our communities,” said Senator Kane. “Our seniors are the backbone of our neighborhoods, and it’s incredibly important that we continue to support them by connecting them with the resources they need to stay healthy, informed, and engaged.”

This Expo aims to connect seniors with numerous valuable resources, including COSA, Legal Aid, SEPTA, PennDOT, Highmark, PA Treasury (unclaimed property), IBX, and many more. These organizations play a vital role in providing essential services and support to seniors throughout Delaware County and surrounding communities.

“I’m honored to host our Annual Senior Expo alongside Senator Kane and to have the opportunity to spend quality time with the residents who have given so much to our community,” said Representative Kazeem. “This event allows us to show our deep admiration and respect for our seniors, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite events of the year. I’m truly looking forward to another wonderful expo.”

Additional services such as vaccinations and blood pressure checks will be available to all in attendance. A medication drop-off box will also be provided courtesy of the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.

Seniors can pre-register for the Expo by calling Senator Kane’s office at 610-447-5845 or Representative Kazeem’s office at 610-876-6420.
