Failing to report a lost or stolen illicit device to law enforcement within 48 hours will result in a summary offense and minimum $250 fine for the first offense.
Sen. Cappelletti offered Amendment A01302, which removes language grading a second or subsequent offense as a third-degree felony. The amendment was adopted, and the bill went over as amended.
