HB 309 PN 2013 (Burns): This legislation amends the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act of 1978 to provide a license exemption for visiting team physicians from other countries, and powers for the board to issue temporary licenses under certain conditions. The bill was approved 50-0.

HB 378 PN 1599 (Hanbidge):  The legislation decreases the number of factors from 16 (including subsections) to 12. It incorporates language provided by the Joint State Government Commission Task Force on Domestic Relations Law. It does not fundamentally change any of the factors but adds clarifying language.  The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 520 PN 1010 (Baker): This legislation  amends Titles 18, 30, 34, and 42 providing for definitions and repealing provisions relating to public access; in enforcement relating to fish, further providing for powers and duties of waterways conservation officers and deputies; in enforcement relating to game, further providing for powers and duties of enforcement officers; in recordings by law enforcement officers, further providing for definitions and for audio recording or video recording policies. The bill was approved 50-0.

HB 553 PN 1938 (Davidson): This legislation authorizes the conveyances of four Commonwealth properties in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County; Overfield Township, Wyoming County, Charleston Township, Tioga County, and Lehigh Township, Carbon County.  The bill was approved 49-1.

HB 615 PN 628 (Khan): This legislation the Donated Food Limited Liability Act to expand civil and criminal immunity for persons who donate food that is past the labeled date code recommended by the manufacturer but is still fit for human consumption. The bill was approved 50-0.

HB 640 PN 2037 (D. Williams): This legislation amends the Administrative Code of 1929 by updating the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) annual reporting requirements to the General Assembly. The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 800 PN 861 (Rothman): This legislation would allow more flexible use of the resources in the Fish Fund and the Boat Fund. The bill was approved 50-0.

HB 1103 PN 1658 (Cephas): This legislation amends g Title 7 (Banks and Banking) to update the Mortgage Licensing Act concerning the use of discount points on a loan. The bill was approved 50-0.

HB 304 PN 257 (Cerrato): This legislation amends  Title 51 (Military Affairs) to afford the same rights, benefits, recognition, and privileges that are provided to veterans of the United States armed forces to any Pennsylvania resident who is a naturalized citizen of the United States and a veteran of the Korean Armed Forces who served on active duty during the Vietnam War. The bill was approved 50-0.

HB 354 PN 2000 (Solomon): This legislation creates a freestanding act requiring the Department of Education to develop guidelines regarding “What is your Pennsylvania Story”.  The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 779 PN 843 (Picozzi): This legislation amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in trade and commerce, providing for a new offense of unlawful towing and towing storage facility practices; and imposing penalties. The bill was approved 49-1.

HB 799 PN 2027 (Deasy): This legislation amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to add a chapter requiring the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) to create a standardized workplace posting that provides contact information for veterans’ resources and information regarding available benefits and services for veterans. The bill was approved 46-4

HB 865 PN 2010 (Venkat): This legislation amends  Title 51 (Military Affairs) to make the eligibility in the Military Family Education Program renewable with each subsequent six-year service commitment to the Pennsylvania National Guard. The bill was approved 50-0.

HB 992 PN 1083 (Dellosso): This legislation amends  Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, further providing for Boating Advisory Board. The bill was approved 50-0.

SB 78 PN 1011 (Pittman): This legislation designates a bridge on Pennsylvania Route 1053 over the south branch of Bear Run, Banks Township, Indiana County, as the PFC John Tabacsko Memorial Bridge. The bill was concurred in House Amendments 50-0.

SB 89 PN 945 (Mastriano): This legislation amends the Overdose Mapping Act to require the PA Department of Health to submit data related to a known or suspected overdose already reported by EMS providers through existing networks to the overdose information network system under the Pennsylvania State Police. The bill was concurred in House Amendments 50-0.

SB 129 PN 1013 (Mastriano): This legislation amends the Stroke System of Care Act by providing the Department of Health (DOH) the ability to create and utilize a stroke registry. The bill was concurred in House Amendments 50-0.

SB 411 PN 944 (Vogel): This legislation amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to reform the structure of the advisory councils that oversee the operation of each of the state veterans’ homes. The bill was concurred in House Amendments 50-0.

SB 518 PN 1014 (Rothman): This legislation amends Title 34 (Game) to remove multiple provisions that state it is unlawful for an individual to refuse to answer questions posed by officers of the Game Commission. The bill was concurred in House Amendments 50-0.

HB 1431 PN 1998 (Steele): This legislation removes the prohibition on Sunday hunting and allow the Game Commission to establish regulations to do so.

Senator Dush offered Amendment A01349, which adds a provision the prohibits of hunting on public land on Sundays. The new provision prohibits hunting within State Parks or State Forest on Sunday. The provision also provides clarification of activities still permitted such as training activities and trap maintenance activities. The amendment was defeated 9-41.

The bill was approved 34-16.
