SB 246, PN 1030 (Coleman) – Requires schools to notify parents and educators when a student, parent, educator, or other individual possesses a weapon on school grounds, school-sponsored activity, and transportation. SB 6, PN 1260 (Phillips-Hill) – Establishes the Permit Administration and Economic Development Act, requiring state agencies to submit reports to the General Assembly detailing permitting decisions and delays. The bill also requires state agencies to establish permit tracking systems and an internal, quasi-judicial review process for permit determinations or contract with a third-party professional to review permit decision delays. Additionally establishes the Office of Transformation and Opportunity and the Economic Development Strategy Group. A vote of 28-22 was recorded.

SB 1068, PN 1257 (Yaw) – This bill would abolish the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). A vote of 33-17 was recorded.
