SB 232, PN 185 (Pennycuick) – Amends Title 30 (Fish) to expand access to free or discounted fishing licenses for disabled veterans. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 308, PN 324 (Hutchinson) – Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to rename the Medical Officer or Health Care Officer Incentive Program to the Specialty Branch Officer Incentive Program, expand the number of health care professionals that are eligible, and also add JAG officers and Chaplains as eligible individuals for tuition reimbursement stipends under the program. Ward) – Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in size, weight and load, providing for milk hauling during inclement weather and emergency declaration and further providing for permit for movement during course of manufacture. A vote of 36-14 was recorded.
