SB 376, PN 0322 (Phillips-Hill) – This bill seeks to ban the application TikTok from state devices and networks. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 377, PN 865 (Phillips-Hill) – This bill requires state contracts to utilize National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards for information technology-related contracts which detail best practices and guidelines for internet security.

Senator Phillips- Hill moved to revert to previous printer number 323. The motion was agreed to by a voice vote. The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.

SB 686, PN 755 (Dush) – This bill adds a criminal penalty if a person intentionally destroys, alters, conceals, or removes a record that has been requested under a Right-to-Know request, graded as a third-degree felony. A vote of 31-18 was recorded.

SR 27, PN 866 (Brown) – A Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a study as to the feasibility of establishing a no-fault catastrophic loss fund to provide payment for claims brought as the result of birth-related neurological injuries in Pennsylvania. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
