SB 997 PN 1271 (Flynn): This bill adds to the Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee a member each from the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Online Messenger Association and the autonomous trucking industry. The bill was reverted back to prior printer number 1163. The motion to revert was adopted.

SB 1020 PN 1177 (Gebhard): This bill amends Title 34 to expand the criteria for resident hunting and fur taking licenses issued to include disabled veterans who incurred service-connected disabilities during “other period of military service”. The bill was approved 49-0.

SB 1058 PN 1270 (J. Ward): This legislation amends Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in provisions related to liquid fuels and fuel tax, to update the definitions of “alternative fuels” and “liquid fuels.” The bill was approved 49-0.

HB 1176 PN 2599 (Ciresi):  Amends Title 20 Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) increasing the limits for distributions related to unclaimed or abandoned property related to payments to family, funeral directors, and local governments held by the State Treasurer. The bill was approved 49-0.

HB 1359 PN 2613 (Conklin): Amends Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) to codify the Self-Service Storage Facility Act in Title 12 and make amendments. The bill was approved 46-3.
