SB 73, PN 30 (Baker) – Amends the State Lottery Law to make certain personal identifying information of a lottery winner confidential and exempt from disclosure under the Right-to-Know Law unless waived by the prizewinner. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
SB 418, PN 352 (Baker) – Amends Titles 16 (Counties) and 53 (Municipalities Generally) to clarify that the first assistant district attorney will be appointed to fill a vacancy in the office of district attorney, for the balance of the unexpired term. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
