HB 1176, PN 2382 (Ciresi) – Amends Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) increasing the limits for distributions related to unclaimed or abandoned property related to payments to family, funeral directors, and local governments held by the State Treasurer. Senator Pittman offered amendment A2159, which was technical in nature. The amendment was approved, and the bill was re-referred to Appropriations as amended.
