SB 255, PN 207 (Baker): Amends Title 42 (Judicial Code) to add the offense of sexual assault by sports official, volunteer or employee of a nonprofit association to tier II of the Sexual Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) and requiring those convicted to register under the act. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
SB 518, PN 481 (Rothman): Amends Title 34 (Game) to remove multiple provisions that state it is unlawful for an individual to refuse to answer questions posed by officers of the Game Commission. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
SB 466, PN 485 (Brooks) – Amends Title 35 (Health and Safety) making updates to the Fire and EMS Grant program and allowing for an individual who completes fire suppression training as a condition of employment to apply those hours toward the requirements for Firefighter 1 certification. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
