SB 1091, PN 1326 (Farry) – This bill designates Bridge Key 7041, carrying Pennsylvania Route 513 over Neshaminy Creek in Hulmeville Borough, Bucks County, is designated as the Corporal Robert Lee Clampffer Memorial Bridge. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
SB 1284, PN 1580 (Baker) – This bill amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to increase penalties for attempt, conspiracy, or solicitation to commit murder of a law enforcement officer. A vote of 41-8 was recorded.

Ward) – This bill amends the Private Licensed Schools Act to increase tenfold the maximum civil penalty for private licensed schools who violate the act or operate without a proper license. Ward offered amendment A03195, which removes the current language in the bill and replaces it with a new paragraph that increases the civil penalty from $2,500 to $25,000 against any unlicensed training school and programs.
