SB 35, PN 130 (Langerholc) – Exempts certain counties from vehicle emissions testing.  A vote of 27-21 was recorded.

SB 149, PN 101 (Langerholc) – Exempts the newest model year vehicles from the emissions test for five years.  A vote of 28-20 was recorded.

SB 154, PN 104 (Boscola) – Amends Title 66 (Public Utilities) to reenact the Responsible Utility Customer Protection Act, with provisions to protect responsible public utility customers, ensure equitable utility service, and manage collections on delinquent accounts.  A vote of 41-7 was recorded.

SB 173, PN 111 (Pennycuick) – Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to afford the same rights, benefits, recognition, and privileges that are provided to veterans of the United States armed forces to any Pennsylvania resident who is a naturalized citizen of the United States and a veteran of the Korean Armed Forces who served on active duty during the Vietnam War.  Senator Pennycuick offered amendment A00024, which was technical in nature.  The amendment was approved via voice vote.

SB 187, PN 126 (Yaw) – Amends Title 71 (State Government) to establish the Independent Energy Office.  A vote of 27-21 was recorded.
