Governor Wolf has proposed something he calls the PA G-I Bill, legislation that would enable members of the Pennsylvania National Guard to earn college benefits for their immediate family. Senator Lindsey Williams, Democratic Chair of the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Management Committee, will co-sponsor the bill in the Senate.
