SB 1465 (Dinniman) The bill designates a portion of State Route 3 in West Chester Borough, Chester County, as the Senator Robert J. Thompson Highway; and designatez the Pottstown Pike Bridge over the French Creek in South Coventry Township, Chester County, as the Representative Sam Morris and Eleanor Morris Memorial Bridge.

HB 2271 (Reese) The bill designates a bridge carrying State Route 2009, formerly the Huff Road Bridge, in West Wheatfield Township, Indiana County, and in St. Clair Township and New Florence Borough, Westmoreland County, as the PFC Robert “Piney Decker” Nadolski Memorial Bridge.

H.B. 438 (Harhart) – An Act amending the act of December 18, 2007 (P.L. 464, No.71), entitled “An act designating a portion of State Route 145 in Northampton County as the Battle of the Bulge Veterans Memorial Highway,” further providing for the Battle of the Bulge Veterans Memorial Highway.

H.B. 589 (Farry) – An Act designating U.S. Route 1 in Bucks County from mile marker 66.8 to mile marker 80.2 as the Detective Sgt. Edward W. Shaffer Memorial Highway.

H.B. 712 (Rock) – Designating State Route 997 within the limits of the Borough of Mont Alto, Franklin County, as the Sgt. Edward W. Shaffer Memorial Highway.

H.B. 917 (Stern) – An Act designating the bridge carrying State Route 2014 over the Beaverdam Branch of the Juniata River in Hollidaysburg Borough, Blair County, as the Sgt. 1st Class Daniel Lightner Memorial Bridge.

H.B. 1173 (Killion) – An Act amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for metropolitan transportation authority powers relating to alternative means of raising revenue or reducing expenses.

H.B. 1219 (Hess) – An Act designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 2011 over the East Branch of Sideling Hill Creek, Monroe Township, Bedford County, as the Donald H. Clark Memorial Bridge.

H.B. 1255 (Moul) – An Act designating the bridge crossing Marsh Creek on Business Route 15, joining Freedom Township and Cumberland Township, Adams County, as the Wildlife Conservation Officer David L. Grove Memorial Bridge.

S.B. 926 (Fontana) – An Act amending the act of April 6, 1956 (1955 P.L.1414, No. 465) known as the Second Class County Port Authority Act, further providing for board composition.

S.R. 57 (Wozniak) – A resolution memorializing the Congress of the United States to authorize a provision which would permit states to use toll credits as matching funds with Federal dollars to build highways such as the Appalachian Development Highway System.

SB 595 (Pileggi) – The bill amends Title 75 (Vehicles), further providing for display of registration plate; and providing for automated red light enforcement in certain third class cities.

SB 635 (Wozniak) – The bill amends Title 75 (Vehicles), defining “interactive wireless communications device”; further providing for junior driver’s license and for suspension of operating privilege; prohibiting interactive wireless communications devices; and further providing for duty of driver in construction or maintenance areas or on highway safety corridors, for duty of driver in emergency response areas, for accident report forms, for department to compile, tabulate and analyze accident reports, for television equipment and for restraint systems.

HB 218 (Saylor) – The bill designates State Route 462 from its intersection with U.S. Route 30 in West Manchester Township, York County, to the point where it meets State Route 24 in Springettsbury Township, York County, as the Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway.
