DELAWARE COUNTY, PA – December 10, 2025 – Senator Tim Kearney (D-Delaware)today announced $1,256,805 in funding from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) benefitting the 26th Senatorial District. 

“I am proud to be supporting residents of the 26th district through the announcement of today’s grants,” said Senator Kearney. “Because of this funding, those who need it will be able to find hope, healing, and justice.” 

Awardees of Federal Victims of Crime Act, Crime Victims services and Compensation, Victims of Juvenile Offender Funders are as follows: 

  • Delaware County Executive Director – Court Services was awarded $43,894 for RASA/Victim Services – Count Financial Services.
  • Delaware County Executive Director – JPO was awarded $153,045 for DCJCPS-VSP 2025-26.
  • Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County, Inc., was awarded $97,918 for Legal Advocacy Services.
  • Delaware County Victim Assistance Center was awarded $175,576 for Rights and Services Act 25-26.

Through the Community Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiatives Grant Program, Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania (Penn Trauma) were awarded $736,372 for Penn Trauma Violence Recovery Program Expansion. 

And finally, through the State Children’s Advocacy Center Funds, Family Support Line of Delaware County, Inc., was awarded $50,000 for Maintaining CAC Services.
