Imagínese una jornada laboral más larga de lo previsto que desemboca en una cena tardía con ganas de una bebida para adultos. Antes de COVID, esto no sólo era algo habitual, sino también legal, con multitud de opciones para cenar. Sin embargo, en Pennsylvania, ya no es factible disfrutar de una cena rápida tarde en la noche mientras está sentado en su bar favorito. Si bien hemos tenido mucho cuidado de proteger a los ciudadanos de la mancomunidad durante la pandemia, también hemos sido inconsistentes con la implementación y la orientación asociadas con las políticas de mitigación de riesgos, especialmente para la industria de los restaurantes.
