Senator Bartolotta offered amendment A02751 which makes a technical correction to the title of the bill and corrects a numbering reference in the bill. The amendment makes no substantive changes. SB 842, PN 995 (Dillon) – Would amend Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) by creating a new section, § 2709.2 that would create a misdemeanor offense for harassing a sports official. A vote of 48-2 was recorded.
SB 959, PN 1168 (Robinson) – Would amend the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act by requiring the Secretary of Health to schedule any drug that is added under Federal law. However, it would remove the ability for the Secretary to remove or reschedule a controlled substance. A vote of 30-20 was recorded.
HB 1094, PN 1306 (Munroe) – Allows children of military families to enroll in the school district where they will be living prior to establishing residency. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
