HB 594, PN 626 (Benninghoff) – Amends Title 18 (Crimes Code) to prohibit Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) for certain sex offenses against children. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1001, PN 1892 (Costa) – Enacts the Public Health Emergency Act authorizing the Secretary of Health to declare a public health emergency under specific conditions as provided in the Public Health Emergency Act. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1171, PN 1893 (Brooks) – Amends Titles 3 (Agriculture) and 27 (Environmental Resources) of the PA Consolidated Statutes in nutrient management and odor management and defines memberships and duties. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1644, PN 2199 (Klunk) – Adds a chapter to the Judicial Code (Title 42) that creates a uniform standard of practice of collaborative law in Pennsylvania. Senator Greenleaf offered amendment A07877 which adds a section for revised statutory arbitration to the legislation. The amendment was agreed to by a voice vote and the bill went over in its order.

HB 1898, PN 3673 (Santora) – This legislation amends the Board of Vehicles Act (No. 84 of 1983) by making various changes pertaining to temporary licensure of dealerships, building code requirements and construction of dealerships, mandatory disclosure of pending and open vehicle recalls, and lastly for licensing costs. Senator Tomlinson offered amendment A07875 which clarifies that nothing in the section will limit civil actions or remedies available by law. The amendment was agreed to by a voice vote and the bill went over in its order.
