SB 761, PN 1383 (Argall)- This is a joint resolution proposing an amendment to the constitution to allow each party’s candidate for Governor to select his or her running mate as Lieutenant Governor. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 792, PN 1547 (Alloway)- Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for labels and labeling for fertilizer as well as guidelines for fertilizer use on turf. A vote of 47-3 was recorded.

SB 1011, PN 1402 (Reschenthaler)- Amends the Pennsylvania Constitution to provide for rights of crime victims. Senator Reschenthaler offered amendments A5801 and A6146 which make technical changes to the joint resolution. These amendments were agreed to via voice vote. Senator Street offered amendment A6180 which defines victim in this bill as determined by a court. The amendment failed by a vote of 16-34. The bill went over in its order as amended.
