Pennsylvania’s Treasury is launching a pilot program in six counties to start a college savings account for every baby born or adopted in those counties, and deposit the first 100 dollars in that account. Senator Vincent Hughes is working on legislation to bring that program to every baby born or adopted in the Commonwealth.
