HB 16 PN 1056 (Mackenzie): This legislation amends the Local Tax Collection Law to requires checks made payable to tax collectors to be deposited into a separate account used only for tax money. The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.

SB 472 PN 1262 (Yaw): The bill amends Title 35 (Health and Safety) to expand the current limitations on providing opioid prescriptions from minors to include all individuals. The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.

SB 728 PN 1261 (Yaw): This bill amends the Achieving Better Care by Monitoring All Prescriptions Program (ABC-MAP) Act, by exempting Schedule V epilepsy drugs currently included in the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program requirements. The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.

HB 790 PN 2597 (Pashinski):  This bill repeals the Noxious Weed Control Law (Act 74 of 1982) and replace it with the Controlled Plant and Noxious Weed Act to better control existing and potentially noxious weeds, maximizing the control resources of invasive species and protecting state lands. The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.

HB 1287 PN 1562 (Culver): This bill authorizes the Department of General Services to convey land located in Delaware Township, Northumberland County to the Warrior Run-Fort Freeland Heritage Society.  The bill was approved by a vote of 49-0.
