SB 25 PN 314 (Bartolotta): This bill amends The Professional Nursing Law by providing for licensure of certified nurse practitioners in the Commonwealth. The bill was approved 38-11. Senator Corman motioned to reconsider the vote by which Senate Bill 25 was passed. The motion was agreed to and the bill was passed with a final vote of 39-10.
SB 399 PN 399 (Gordner): The bill clarifies that a 2nd class township supervisor may hold an elected and appointed position within the township. The bill was approved 49-0.
