SB 304, PN 1210 (Greenleaf) – Amends Titles 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations), and Title 54 (Names) to complete the codification of the Nonprofit Corporation Law (Title 15, Part II, Subpart C).  The Senate concurred on House amendments to the bill by a vote of 49-0.

HB 22, PN 115 (Grell) – Amends the Uniform Commercial Code, Title 13 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, relating to fund transfers and the applicability of the federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 602, PN 2020 (Quinn) – This legislation will add Pennsylvania to the National Precursor Log Exchange (NPLEx) program, prohibiting retailers from selling individuals more than 3.6 grams of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine per day and 9 grams total in a 30 day period.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 784, PN 2158 (Evankovich) – House Bill 784 further defines the extension of approved state and local building permits for development and construction projects. This language will allow for the extension of state and local construction permits approved as of July 2, 2013.  In addition, this language will suspend the timeframe of already approved permits.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1112, PN 2157 (McGinnis) – This bill is an omnibus land conveyance bill, authorizing the Department of General Services (DGS), with the approval of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and the Governor, to convey various state armories located throughout the Commonwealth.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1119, PN 1356 (Truitt) – This bill authorizes the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and the Governor, to grant and convey to Uptown Entertainment Alliance the West Chester Armory in Chester County.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1121, PN 1370 (Scavello) – The bill designates a bridge in Stroudsburg Borough, Monroe County, as the Sheriffs Forrest B. Sebring and Todd A. Martin Bridge.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1359, PN 1754 (Toepel) – This legislation allows for the Perkiomen Valley School District and the Methacton School District to annually charge the Commonwealth for a fixed payment for tax-exempt forest land that bisects the two districts.  A vote of 49-1 was recorded.

HB 1478, PN 2118 (Bloom) – This bill authorizes the Department of General Services to convey four different properties located throughout the Commonwealth.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1482, PN 2153 (Moul) – This bill authorizes the Department of General Services to convey five different properties located throughout the Commonwealth, including several armories and a PennDOT maintenance facility.  The bill also authorizes DGS to release restrictive covenants imposed on the Northeastern Pennsylvania Health Corporation.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.
