HB 1908, PN 3724 (Micozzie) – The bill creates the Towing and Towing Storage Facility Standards Act.  Senator Tomlinson offered amendment A12560, which amends the language pertaining to standards for tow truck operators following an accident.  The amendment was agreed to and the bill was re-referred to the Committee on Appropriations.
