SB 1389, PN 2065(Corman) – An Act making an appropriation from the State Employees’ Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the State Employees’ Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

Senator Costa offered amendment A07575 which was clarifies language regarding pooled trusts for persons with disabilities and payments for medical assistance.

SB 602, PN 572 (Wozniak)– An Act designating and adopting the Piper J-3 Cub as the official airplane of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A vote of 48-0 was recorded.

SB 1253, PN 1772 (Robbins)– An Act amending Title 37 (Historical and Museums) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for definitions; in powers and duties of Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, further providing for specific powers and duties, for personal property and for documents; providing for Commonwealth archival records, for local government archival records and for access to older public records; in historic properties, further providing for powers over certain historic property; and prescribing a penalty. HB 1831, PN 2644 (Regan) – Act designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 15 over the Yellow Breeches Creek, Carroll Township, York County, as the Glenn Bowers Memorial Bridge.

Senator Rafferty offered amendment A07715 which designates the Roberto Clemente Way and makes changes that are technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over as amended.

Senator Boscola offered amendment A07729 which designates the Charles Chrin Interchange and makes changes that are technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over as amended.

Senator Kasunic offered amendment A07748 which designates the Officer Robb McCray Memorial Bridge and makes changes that are technical in nature. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over as amended.
