HB 59, PN 51 (Baker) – This legislation provides recommended hepatitis C testing for certain individuals living within the Commonwealth.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 666, PN 1958 (Folmer) – This legislation amends Real and Personal Property (Title 68) to expand the approved voting methods of homeowner association (HOA), condos and cooperatives.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 871, PN 3690 (Sankey) – This bill provides for de-titling of vehicles when they are recycled by a scrap metal processor.  A vote of 48-1 was recorded.

SB 1018, PN 1936 (Browne) – The bill amends the CPA Law to make numerous updates to the Law.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1167, PN 1826 (Barbin) – This bill amends the Crime Victims Act to require the Department of Revenue to deduct from a tax refund any money owed by the taxpayer for restitution, fines, or costs.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1856, PN 2870 (James) – HB 1856 designates the Petroleum Street Bridge over the Allegheny River in Oil City, PA, the Specialist Jonathan R. Kephart Memorial Bridge.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1871, PN 3620 (Taylor) – Authorizes the General Assembly to provide Philadelphia an exemption to the uniformity clause in order to assess a higher real estate tax rate on commercial properties than other real estate.  A vote of 47-2 was recorded.

HB 835, PN 3192 (Bloom) – This is a bridge and road naming bill.  Senator Rafferty offered amendment A09381, which names a number of other roads and bridges across the Commonwealth.  The amendment was agreed to and the Senate agreed to the bill as amended.

SB 1219, PN 1746 (Mensch) – This is another bridge and road naming bill.  Senator Rafferty offered amendment A09384, which names a number of other roads and bridges across the Commonwealth.  The Senate agreed to the amendment.  The then agreed to the bill as amended.

HB 967, PN 3706 (Diamond) – This bill establishes an agricultural pilot program for industrial hemp research within the Commonwealth.  Senator Gordner moved that the Senate consider the bill notwithstanding the provisions of Senate Rule 12.  The motion was approved.  The vote on the bill was 49-0.
