SB 117 (D.White) The bill amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) by permitting the confiscation of an identification card if it is being used illegally to purchase liquor or malt beverages.

HB 148 (Payne) The bill amends the Liquor Code (Act 21 of 1951) by adding definitions for “catered event” ,“eligible entity” and “happy hour,” making happy hour times more flexible, and provides for the creation of a new off-premises catering license.
